Begin your Summit journey a little earlier and treat yourself  to a full day of Tasmanian discovery.

Friday’s offsite experiences offer a relaxed and welcoming way to connect with fellow delegates before the main event, capturing Tasmania’s charm through flavour, scenery, and warm hospitality in a setting designed to be enjoyed together.
Two beautiful options await:
Derwent Valley Discovery – A gentle blend of culture, history, and indulgent local flavours.
Huon Valley Flavours – A taste of Tasmania’s orchards and vineyards, with the option to meander through serene gardens.
