Submit a presentation for 2025 ASA Cases and Innovations Month

 

 

Do you have an interesting case? A novel workflow? Do you want to highlight your great teaching method for new technology or a difficult concept?

The month will be a virtual showcase of sonographic innovation, real world cases, and tech-driven breakthroughs.

 

Complete this form to register your interest and submit a presentation for the inaugural

 2025 ASA Cases and Innovations Month.

 

Topics Encouraged:

·       Unique and challenging clinical cases

·       Early adoption or pilot use of AI tools

·       Applications of 3D/4D imaging or elastography

·       Workflow innovations or cross-disciplinary care examples

·       Peer-led case reviews or lessons from misdiagnoses

 

Timeline:

Submissions Open 27th July

Presentation submissions to be received by 9pm 28th August

 

The Event Showcase will go live throughout the month of September, free for ASA members. 

 

Presentation guidelines:

Prerecorded 10-15 minute duration; or 

Single page poster submission with 3 minute audio overview

Presentation Consent T&Cs

By clicking the Data Collection & Presentation Consent Declaration below, I confirm content of my presentation/s including photos, data, graphs etc. are generated by myself, referenced or the appropriate owner has granted me permission to include their work for educational purposes.

 

I confirm I have removed all identifiable patient information within my presentation including patient details, scan date and site location for confidentiality purposes.

 

In the event identifying features have been included within my presentation by the review panel, I agree to be contacted by the ASA Office and have the option to provide a new recording. Until this time, I understand that my video will need to be removed from publication.

I agree that my presentation/s will not include any form of promotion of my external business ventures such as marketing material, order forms, product or service promotion.

 

Conflict of Interest

I agree to declare any conflict of interest to the ASA office that may impact on my responsibilities to the ASA or the outcomes of the Association.

 

Recording on Website

 

I understand that by uploading my video presentation to be included in the Cases and Innovations month, ASA members will be able to access and review my presentation as part of a webinar series for up to 3-years. After this time the series will be reviewed for relevancy by the Educational Advisory Committee.

After uploading this video the webinar recording remains the property of ASA.
