Below is a summary of Exhibition stands available for the 2025 Melbourne Conference. 

You can also view the Live Floor Plan by clicking on the View Interactive Floor Plan button which will display the full floor plan of the exhibition space along with details of booths that are currently available and those already booked.

Pricing and Terms and Conditions:

Gold and Silver booths are only available to ASA corporate partners, with pricing:

• Gold stand $35,000 exc GST
• Silver stand $10,000 exc GST

Bronze booth pricing:

• Corporate partners $4,500 exc GST
• Non-Corporate partners $6,000 exc GST

+ Booths available to Corporate Partners only

• X1 Silver Booth + Barista Partner (Includes Barista Coffee Cart) $12,000 exc GST
• X1 Bronze Booth in Prime location (Includes Barista coffee cart + Phone Charging Station) $6,000 exc GST

Please note:

1. Under Stand Types - 'Space Only'  (customised build) - is available to Gold & Silver Exhibitors only.  
2. All prices in the stand selection Floorplan below are inclusive of GST
3. Corporate Partner discount for Bronze partners will be applied on receipt of booking
4. On receipt of your booth booking the ASA will forward you an invoice and contract for the event.
