We will initially explore a methodical didactic approach to neck scanning and then move on to discuss how to "problem solve" specific clinical presentations & queries with definitive end-points & consistently reliable diagnoses - minimising the need for additional unnecessary down-stream tests. Value-based & sustainable healthcare.

Consultant Radiologist with specialist interests in Diagnostic ENT/ MSK ultrasound & MRI After completing fellowship experience with Perth Radiological Clinic 2007-2008, Daren has returned to the quaternary Fiona Stanley Hospital in Perth after six years Consultant experience in the UK. He is a Senior Clinical Lecturer at UWA & Adjunct Prof. Curtin Medical School. He has particular interests in integrated, equitable patient-centred care & sustainable health. Cochlear implants, ENT oncology, thyroid ablation, salivary intervention and supporting "live" music venues are his current main interests.
