Providing and receiving feedback

Abstract

Feedback should be normalised as an integral part of clinical supervision and learning, however it is a commonly an area where healthcare professionals lack confidence. Providing effective feedback to trainees requires skill and practice, and is a critical part of the supervision process. Receiving feedback is also an important skill as a professional with a mindset of lifelong learning and growth.

This Masterclass will be presented by a faculty of sonographers with expertise in education and clinical supervision. The format will involve interactive discussions and real world scenarios. It is suited to sonographers at all stages of professional development.
